I met Lusardi Construction during my junior year of college. They were co-judge & sponsor of the ASC Design-Build Competition in Lincoln, Nebraska. While there I spoke with several of the executives all of which gave me impressive reasons to check ou the company. The main motivator for me to spend the following summer here was the structure and significance of Lusardi’s Internship program. Through my experiences here I have come to value the way our project management teams become mini General Contractors working together under the same respected name. Each team gets the chance to take a project from the conceptual stage, through the estimating stage, straight on to construction, coming to an end at final completion.
