A two-story medical building with interior courtyard & fountain completed on a small site which created scheduling challenges. Exterior of building was tilt-up concrete while interior courtyard was done with structural steel. Tenant Improvements included two surgery centers – one for plastic surgery, the other for endoscopic procedures.
