Koll Center  Irvine, California

Located in the heart of the Irvine Spectrum, the Koll Center projects consisted of two phases, twenty buildings totaling 363,000 sf. Both projects were constructed on tight ‘urban’ feeling sites that made construction challenging. The buildings were high-end office and flex condos with great design features including exterior glass roll-up doors/glass sliders for conference room wall. The site improvements had many amenities including walking trails and lunch areas for employee comfort.
