Autoliv II Expansion  Goleta, CA

The Autoliv build-out consisted of two project phases; the first construction phase comprised of a 15,200 square foot build-out for corporate offices, laboratories, and support facilities that include a lunch area and several conference rooms. The second phase expanded their facilities by 6,600 square feet for additional lab and office space. The facilities were combined into one larger manufacturing area with a suite located adjacent to the hall for marketing purposes. All interior project finishes are high-end and provide the space with an urban ambiance.
