American AgCredit is a banking facility that specializes in making loans to the agricultural community. Totaling 8,800 sf, this tilt-up concrete structure includes American AgCredit’s corporate offices, conference room and an open-air, atrium lobby with wood and steel architectural elements. The facility was designed to be the central hub for all of American AgCredit’s Southern California operations and features numerous energy-efficient items such as the use of metal shades over windows and a Dakin HVAC system. The site includes a large area with outdoor seating, barbeque and covered areas to accommodate outdoor events.
