The Park at Aspen Lake  Austin, Texas

The Park at Aspen Lake is a unique, 47-acre, master-planned business park nestled around a lake with cascading waterfalls and surrounded by jogging and walking trails. Phase 1 of this project consisted of a of a four-story, Class “A” office and a four-story, pre-cast parking structure. The office building connects with the structured parking via a 12’-wide walkway and a uniquely designed radiused canopy. The 5,000 sf common lobby features imported polished and honed granite slab floors, stained mahogany wall paneling, and coffered ceilings. A professional-level fitness center was also constructed for use by the tenants. This project achieved a Two-Star rating with the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
