Lilac Elementary School Valley Center, California
Lilac Elementary is a K-5 school located in the rural community of Valley Center. As the first Lease/Leaseback project built in the Valley Unified School District, Lusardi Construction worked with the District and Architect to provide a project that not only met the needs of the District, but complimented the location and surrounding community.
Designed to fit within an existing grove of 50-year-old Oak trees, the school, accessible only by the new entry bridge, includes classrooms, kitchen facilities with outdoor seating, library and a multi-purpose building complete with a stage that can open to the outside to accommodate exterior seating in the campus courtyard.
