The project included a concrete tilt-up construction for the large, worldwide equipment rental company. Additional work included the building of a parts warehouse, service bays, welding area, wash area, paint booth, and 7,000 square foot steel canopy. Lusardi also performed 12,000 square feet of tenant improvements.
