Winter Gardens Elementary School Multi-Purpose Building Relocation & Modernization included the relocation of an existing 2,400 square foot multi-purpose building to a new site several miles away from its original location. All new foundations and slabs were promptly constructed at the new location in order to fasten the existing building. With the supervision of our experienced project team, the building was securely prepped for its course. We successfully delivered the existing structure to its new site where it was then reconditioned. Site work includes the addition of playground equipment, handicap ramp, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and striping.

We encountered special challenges on this project working to complete the project while the school was in operation. The existing multi-purpose building required an extraordinary amount of attention in order to divide, shore, and relocate the existing building whilst working with existing site conditions to comply with governing agency codes and regulations.
