In particular, Kurt Evans and Paul Farrington did an excellent job of coordinating and supervising the project through challenging weather and construction conditions. They were also especially effective at managing the extensive delays caused by PG&E. Finally, Rand completing the close-out of the project tenants / buyers to facilitate their needs. Once again, we have been very fortunate Construction Company on a complicated design through completion. We look forward to working with the Lusardi Construction Company on many projects in the future."
