Lease/Leaseback
Lusardi Construction has been involved with the construction of both public and private education projects for over 60 years, many of which were school facilities constructed under the lease-leaseback process. With this method, we collaborate with school districts to meet their specific needs, stay within budget, and utilize highly-durable but low-maintenance material — all completed within timeframe goals.
