The Del Rey Campus project consists of (3) concrete tilt-up two story buildings offering prospective tenants 150,000+ SF of flexible and open floor space that can be customized to meet tenant needs and is marketed as creative office space. The project is setup as a campus with the buildings and the 589 stall 5 level parking garage all on the perimeter creating a campus atmosphere and layout. The buildings feature high exposed clerestory ceilings as well as balconies and patios. Wooden trellis features traverse the campus, used as patio guardrails and semi-private screens that descend into the landscape, uniting each building to the central courtyard. A fitness center is provided on the first level of the parking structure, as well as surf board storage for those who choose to catch a wave before work.
