At Lusardi, safety responsibilities are not limited to field management and personnel. Instead, they are shared among all employees because we feel safety is everyone’s responsibility. Although we have standard safety practices in place, we always strive to improve safety on our construction sites and build them into our culture. At the end of every year, Safety Manager Luke Brown and Vice President of Field Operations Larry Letts award multiple individuals for their dedication to exceeding expectations.
