The Stonebrae Country Club has been named one of the best golf courses by Travel + Leisure Golf and is soon to be recognized as more with their newest addition of a 32,000 square foot permanent clubhouse facility. The clubhouse has a unique design that includes a lower basement level that houses the cart storage, housekeeping, offices, fitness center, break room, and yoga and training area. The ground floor of the facility includes the main lobby, dining areas, locker rooms, restrooms, bar, and the Pro Shop. To take advantage of the breathtaking views, the clubhouse has two radius exterior walls with glass panels that offer a panoramic view of the golf course. The clubhouse will offer exclusive amenities including a 25-meter lap pool, children’s pool and spa, fitness facility, banquet room, tennis courts, event lawns with views of the golf course, and bocce courts. The building exterior exudes luxury and is decorated stone veneer, porcelain tiles, red cedar veneer, and decorative ballasts. Earlier Phases
The project is a total renovation of the 20,000 square foot clubhouse, 2,500 square foot kitchen addition to the clubhouse, 2,500 square foot Hacienda, 800 square foot Yoga & Spa building, 52 stand-alone casitas, and a 5,000 square foot Corporate Center. The renovation consists of complete interior demolition and new construction with unique high-end finishes (including French limestone slab and floor tile, encaustic tile at the walls, wood flooring throughout and cedar plank millwork) inside all of the 52 casitas. New spas, a fireplace, and landscaping at the exterior patios were also added at some guest suites. The Hacienda guesthouse was updated with new finishes throughout as well as new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The clubhouse work includes all new exterior finishes, state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, added terraces, new wine room, new restaurant and updated landscaping throughout 18 acres of the site. The Corporate Center was renovated and completed first to support the on-site resort staff.
Lusardi Construction Company completes the 146,329 SF Hyatt Centric Mountain View hotel. The project was custom built with a variety of high-end finishes and artwork to compliment the guestrooms, meeting and dining spaces. Accent features include polished concrete floors and steel wrapped columns and beams. The project included building a full service commercial kitchen, restaurant and bar on the lobby floor. An interactive QR code motif and wall art decorate the lounge area. The grand entry includes a green roof over the porte cochère. Art and technology intertwine throughout the property to emulate the character of Silicon Valley.
